1. General conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements for the purchase and rental of SmartSenso's products and services.
By entering into an agreement with SmartSenso, you accept these terms and agree to abide by them in connection with the use of our products and services. Please note that these terms are standard terms and separate agreements may be made with individual customers as needed.
SmartSenso offers a range of intelligent sensor solutions for various purposes, including waste management, temperature monitoring, water damage prevention, air quality measurement and much more. Our solutions are designed to give you precise insight and control over your systems.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner and exclude VAT. Payment is made monthly in advance for subscription services.
For larger customers and special solutions, special pricing terms can be agreed. Contact our sales department to learn more about the possibilities for customized pricing agreements that suit your specific needs and scope.

3. Delivery terms
Delivery times
Installation of sensors is usually carried out within 1-3 working days after confirmed order. Exact installation time is agreed individually. For larger projects or special installations, other time frames can be agreed.
During installation, we ensure that all sensors are correctly set up and calibrated. Our technicians provide a thorough review of the system and instruction in the use of our platform.
Our experienced technicians ensure that the installation is carried out with minimal disruption to your daily operations. We adapt to your needs and can carry out the installation outside of normal working hours if necessary.
4. Subscription Terms
No commitment period
The subscription runs until cancelled.
30 days notice
The notice period is 30 days.
Flexible solution
There is no commitment period.

Installation is included in the price
Our subscription model gives you maximum flexibility and security. You only pay for the sensors you need and can easily scale up or down as needed. For larger customers, individual agreements can be made with special terms that deviate from these standard terms.
For customers with special needs or larger installations, we offer the opportunity to enter into tailored agreements that may include:
- Customized notice periods
- Special pricing models based on volume
- Dedicated support agreements
- Custom-developed solutions and integrations

Support and service are included in the subscription and include:

6. Liability and warranty
SmartSenso provides a 2-year warranty on all hardware components. We are responsible for ensuring that the equipment functions as described and that data is processed securely.

We cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
For customers with special needs, extended warranty terms can be agreed upon, which may include:

7. Changes
SmartSenso reserves the right to change these terms and conditions with 30 days' notice. In the event of significant changes, you will receive direct notification via email.
If you continue to use our services after changes have taken effect, this will be considered your acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Separate agreements
SmartSenso offers the opportunity to enter into separate agreements with customers who have specific needs or wishes that deviate from our standard terms.
Options for separate agreements
In the event of separate agreements, the specific terms of the individual agreement will prevail over these standard terms and conditions in the event of any inconsistency.
